Inspecting in a horse stable barn in Yorkshire. We tried to find, within a limited time frame where the rats lived.
As I have mentioned before in a trapping blog, where there are stables there are rats.
Evidence pointed to the wall above the temporary roof of the stables. As you can see from the video, we deployed the Goodnature trap up high close to the hole on the wall.
We also deployed the goodnature indicator cards. Although I am a little pessimistic about the location of the home of the rats here up on the wall. I have been reassured by the farm manager that the rats are seen entering and leaving the wall space.
Note, having handled the trap I made sure there was able lure around the trap to mask as much human smell as possible.
